My Experience Six hours later we drove off in our 2018 Nissan Rogue. We asked for the price of the car 5.5 hours earlier and got the run around. Our salesman Isaac was great. The rest need to brush up on their people skills. I guess they thought we had nothing better to do on a Saturday than waste everyone's time. Could have knocked at least 3 hours off that had they given us what we asked for in the beginning. After a sizeable down payment we still don't know what we paid for with all the inflated pricing on the contract. More

Best Customer Sercice Employee I had the best customer service from Robert Alaniz. I got my entire transmission replaced and with his help it was a breeze and quick. I had a rental I had the best customer service from Robert Alaniz. I got my entire transmission replaced and with his help it was a breeze and quick. I had a rental car and was pleasantly surprised I only had to drive that for two days. He was always in contact letting us know what was going on and making sure everything got done up to standards. I have always been torn away from the service departments at dealerships but after this experience I will definitely be going to see him again. Oh and he talked me out of going to Walmart for my oil change, I know it's horrible but cheap. I got the oil change done there as well. Thanks again Robert for really helping me out and making my year, transmissions aren't cheap so thanks to him and my warranty. More

No honesty here. Went in to purchase a car listed on their website for $14,488. Was told this was the "financing price" and I HAD to finance the purchase, would NOT b Went in to purchase a car listed on their website for $14,488. Was told this was the "financing price" and I HAD to finance the purchase, would NOT be allowed to pay cash. After some 3 hours of haggling with five personnel, each of them pressing me to sign up for extended warranty, and financing it occurred to me to get up and walk out. Really should have done so. Ended up being brow beaten into paying over $18,000 for the car. By this time I was exhausted and close to tears. Then I learned that the $500 incentive for bringing in another purchaser to be paid to my daughter, was actually ADDED TO MY FINAL PURCHASE! Total time trapped in this xxxx was 5.5 hours! I can only hope the car proves to be better than this dealership. More

Worst Auto experiance ever! Steer clear of this place! Went to buy a Platinum Reserve Titian truck. Worked out a deal sign the papers. I understand our credit is lacking and told the sales manager Ike I do not want to take this truck home if I have to bring it back. I ask Ike what makes you thing you can get a bank to take this deal. I have reviewed your credit and I can get a bank to take this, take the truck home and I will probably get a better interest rate then you signed for. So gave it to my wife, only 2 weeks later to have to return it. Imagine how that went! When Ike called me he said he's going to need a little more down. 11,000 "Just a little bit" I ask Ike or the dealer if this is just a little bit can you the dealer just discount the truck a little bit more so the bank would take the deal!
