Bad experience Spend all day working out a deal, there where probably about 4 people that came trying to work out something for us finally agreed to a good deal wen Spend all day working out a deal, there where probably about 4 people that came trying to work out something for us finally agreed to a good deal went to sign paperwork (what I thought it was finance agreement) took the new truck home that night, almost 2 weeks latter they called and tell us we needed to go back to sign more paperwork, when we got there waited an hour to talk to the finance person he tell us the bank didn't approved us and ask if we could consider a cheaper car we said yes he left and said he was going to check an that, 40-45 minutes later a nother person came in and tell us the same thing so he left "to check" the same thing the first person went to check, another 40-45 minutes later a 3rd person came by and ask for the keys to the new car we gave him the keys and tell him there where still some of our belongings in there, he said he was going to check the miles only and also was going to bring the car that we had left as a trade in, so maybe 20 minutes later a 4th person came and tell us the car that we used as a trade in was at the front already and we where all set to go, we tell him that we needed to take our stuff from the new car and put it in our old car, he didn't even bother to came outside to unlock the car he unlock the car from inside the building and tell us the car was unlocked for us to take our stuff out by this time the 3 people that had tell us there where coming back to tell us what kind of car we qualify for, never showed up again not even to tell us "no didn't qualify" I wouldn't recommend this place at all, if you end up "buying" a car here make sure they are really qualifying you for a new car, everyone their treats you good when there trying to get you to buy, but if you don't qualify for there cars then they tread you like your nothing More

three different prices was told warranties were included I think your people need more training my husband and I found the sticker placard in the car they quoted 16000. for the car that was the manufactured I think your people need more training my husband and I found the sticker placard in the car they quoted 16000. for the car that was the manufactured price which is an easy mistake to make if your not trained properly. Bottom line we paid to much for the car we were looking more for something in our price range. The sales manager told us the car was 18000. We ended up paying 24000. Way different will not go back to your dealership again. Were were looking for people that stand behind their quotes. More
