From the sales dept to service, I have always been happy with the purchase. Dealing with sales always seems to take too long,as with any dealership. Tony in finance is a pleasure to work with. He understood my time is valuable and did all he could to hurry the process along.Tim, in service is one of my favorite people. He always looks out for me, and treats me right. Darrin, service manager, helped me out with a problem of my own doing, All in all, it is a pleasure to do business with Midway Nissan, and I highly recommend them. More

Sketchiest dealership ever Worst car buying experience ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We drove 2 hours to look at a truck we had seen online priced at $30000. Even made an appoint Worst car buying experience ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We drove 2 hours to look at a truck we had seen online priced at $30000. Even made an appointment to speak with the sales rep from the phone. The guy helping us took an hour to even figure out what he was doing before we could even test drive it. They couldn't find the truck or the sales rep. Then took an extra 30 mins trying to figure out who got the commission. When we finally got back from the test drive it was time to discuss financing. The sales rep had NO IDEA what he was doing. He FORCED us to sign a paper stating we were going to stay at the dealship for a certain amount of time. This isnt our first time at a car dealership, we know it takes a while. What was really weird was he had to keep forcing us to sign another paper stating what we wanted and kept bringing it to his boss. They had tacked on an addition $3000 for "inspection". Literally got told that "They just get these cars in so fast that they dont have time to update their pricing for the online systems". Later saw an additional $500 fee tacked on for clear coat, which the sales rep didn't know what it was for and had to go ask. Got told that was "A clear coat to protect our cars since they sit out in the Arizona sun so long". Sounds pretty fishy and contradictory to the previous tacked on fee. Did some negotiating but was still not getting out of the trade-in what we wanted so decided to not to trade it in. Now they tell us they can't do the deal because my husband can't have two car payments. I have never heard of anything like that. They wanted to run my credit as well. They come back and said the financial guy found you a good deal with out having to put your wife as a co signer. So in other words they had just waited more of our time. Mind you, the idiot has to write EVERYTHING down and get us to sign it, then walk back over to his boss on the other side of the building to approve it. But apparently the boss he was approving stuff threw wasnt even the finacial guy. There was another person we had to go threw before we could even sign the paperwork. What was to point of signing the stupid little papers he kept scribling on if they ment nothing. We left, the guy helping us looked like he was going to throw a temper tantrum as we walked out. The staff was very incompetent, very rude and sketchy. Its been a week since we were there and have received 2 phone calls daily, to the both of us, so 4 phone calls total harassing us to come back in. I was finally able to answer the phone and told them to stop calling, there is a reason we dont answer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, DO NOT EVEN VISIT THE DEALERSHIP. They will scam you with their bate cars. More
