Amazing I had to write this review because people don’t take the time to write good reviews when good things happen to them. The staff at Midway Nissan Jose I had to write this review because people don’t take the time to write good reviews when good things happen to them. The staff at Midway Nissan Jose Lemus and Rita Sommer to me specific are doing things right! I don’t know anyone who looks forward to going to ca car dealership and I wasn’t looking forward to the experience. I took the time and did my research and decided to go to Midway Nissan because they had the best used vehicle inventory. I was in need of a car because my son who’s in the Air Force came home from leave and while he was hear totaled my car. I needed a reliable used car because I’m in the process of a divorce and I need reliable transportation for myself and my daughter. When I got to Midway I was greeted d by Jose who took the time to truly listen to me. I advised him I wanted reliable transportation and these where the cars I found on his website I wanted to be under a certain dollar amount because my goal was to by house in a year. Jose went all over all my options and ended up putting me in a 2016 at the cost of what I was looking at for the older vehicles. Rita is an Angel she works in Financing I explained to her do the divorce my credit took a tank. However I was working really hard to turn that around because I want to buy a house. Again she took the time to really listen to me and explain all my options. She gave me her word she would do everything she could to get me the best interest rate and that exactly what she did! Rita was able to get me approved the BEST interest rate I’ve ever had. I will be referring Nissan Midway to my family and friends. It was a great experience! More

Haley was enormously helpful, first walking us to the far corners of the Nissan Midway lot to spend as much time as we needed inspecting and learning about our vehicle; and then spending the entire afternoon of the next day working with us to obtain the price point and monthly payments we needed. What was most amazing was Haley’s complete and total knowledge of both the vehicle and the entire car-buying process. She had an answer to every question we asked, and worked with us tirelessly and patiently to make our purchase a reality. Great exprieance I was looking for a new car on the net. I found one I liked and Julio contacted me by e-mail and telephone. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I also dealt with Gilberto and Alexandrea who work with Julio. They showed me the car I wanted and did a fantastic job on working with me and explaining everything. They made buying a new car very pleasant. Ike in Finance also did a wonderful job. He worked with me on financing and got me the payment I wanted. My Experience was very very good the whole staff is very friendly and courteous. I will recommend this Dealer to other people. More

Con men and women pulling the old "bait and switch" pricing. Beware of these con men and women. Too bad there is not an option for ZERO stars!!! I rarely post any type of reviews, this may actually be the fir Beware of these con men and women. Too bad there is not an option for ZERO stars!!! I rarely post any type of reviews, this may actually be the first negative review ever for me, but I have to vent a little after the horrible experience I had with Midway Nissan. I am posting this review everywhere I am able. Classic "bait and switch" approach to luring in unsuspecting buyers. They quote one price online then jack up the price by almost $2,000 when you arrive on the lot with "mandatory" dealer added equipment. You have to read the fine print is their response. Even if they give you a price on the phone, with dealer added equipment included, they will not honor it once you get to the dealership. All of a sudden people who were available all the time to lure you in cannot be found, or bothered, to even speak with you once you arrive at the lot. They will say anything to get you to their lot but will not honor their verbal deal. They will go as far as recording your conversation, playing it back, and then cutting off the recording of their people agreeing to the deal. Don't trust them to honor their deal unless it is in writing since they will say almost anything to lure you in. This dealership is why people are turned off by the car buying experience. This was the 3rd Nissan purchase I was involved with (my own, my kids, etc...) and dealing with Midway Nissan was horrible. They are dishonest in my opinion and do not respect you or your time. I had a similar experience with another dealership owned by the same company but not as blatant nor was the other dealer rude like this one. Ended up driving a bit further to make the purchase but it was well worth the trip so I did not have to deal with the disrespectful group at this dealership. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Robert Saved Me! I called the service department and got Robert. I was panicked that my beloved Nissan Frontier was crippled and wasn't sure I would be able to wait e I called the service department and got Robert.
