Great overall experience I bought my first Titan in 2008 and I've loved it so much that I haven't wanted anything else. So, after deciding what exactly I wanted in my new truc I bought my first Titan in 2008 and I've loved it so much that I haven't wanted anything else. So, after deciding what exactly I wanted in my new truck, I searched online (for months) at dealerships from El Paso, Texas, Los Cruces and Albuquerque, New Mexico as well as Tucson and Phoenix. I found two that I wanted to test drive at Midway Nissan. Betzaira and Erica impressed me with their willingness to assist me in answering every question I had and setting us up with an appointment that both my wife and I were able to make. When we went in for our test drive appointment they took us in and treated us like family. Victor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Titan XD that we ended up purchasing. Even after we made the purchase, but before we drove it off the lot he made sure we had every question answered and made us promise to call him with any other questions we may have. Also, none of the other dealerships we had checked online matched the deal that we got at Midway. All-in-all this has to be the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle and I highly recommend Midway Nissan. More

Test drove the Mustang while the Freestyle was being supposedly appraised. Keep in mind that I had already used this company's web site to inquire about my trade in value. The web site provides the extreme low ball figure for the trade in so I had pretty much decided to pass on the car. I then get a call from Julio the "manager" telling me that the web site isn't accurate. Bring the car down and we will "professionally" appraise it and probably offer you $3000 more if the vehicle is in excellent shape (which it is). So I decide...Nothing ventured. Nothing gained. Back to the test drive...the interior has a distinct odor, the bottom of the engine compartment is caked with mud and there's mud in the right rear fender well. The spare tire is missing along with the owner's manual. The car had a mismatched set of tires on it which is not a big deal but it does speak to the maintenance department's poor attention to detail. I personally believe that this vehicle had flood damage although nothing was reported on CarFax. I was assured by manager Julio that the car was completely detailed before they put it on the sales lot. Brought all of this to the attention of the sales rep when I make my offer. The sales rep disappears for nearly 20 minutes then returns with the dealer's offer. A mere $7000 more than my offer and $5000 more than the Internet sales price. I ask him what the number is on the trade in value of my car. To add insult to injury the sales rep brings up the Edmunds web site and starts keying in the info about my trade...now I'm getting upset. I told him for the second time that I brought the car down to have it appraised by their so-called "Professional Appraiser". That never happened...the only reason that they said they'd appraise it was to get my keys and hold them hostage which keeps me from leaving. I tell the sales rep that were too far apart, I appreciate the effort, give me my keys, I'm leaving. Sales rep disappears again for 10 - 15 minutes... some other manger comes out with another offer which is now $3000 lower than their original offer. Now my blood's beginning to boil...(so the dealership just tried to stiff me for $3000) I tell this guy "No Thanks...go get my keys." In the meantime another "manager" walks by and politely asks how I'm doing? I reply, I've had better xxxx days... That stops him in his tracks and he asks what the problem is...I explain the we are too far apart on a deal and I can't seem to get my keys back so I can leave. He disappears and I never see him again. Now there are 3 different individuals that know I'm not interested and I want my keys back so I can leave.... The sales manager who provided the recent lower offer returns without the keys to my car and makes one last ditch effort to continue the negotiation... I reply "What part of No don't you understand?" I then tell him that he's 30 seconds away from me calling the Phoenix Police Department to report that I am basically being held against my will at this sleazy car dealership. The keys were in my hand in less than 30 seconds. This dealership employs some of the most incompetent and disrespectful people I think I've ever dealt with. Oh...just a little note here for those of you who like to pay cash for a vehicle...this joint will actually tack on $1000 to the sales price if you pay cash. Isn't that special???? After speaking to Aaron my review has not changed. He apologized for my experience and I accepted however his explanations as to why things happened the way they did was nothing more than his crude attempt for me to accept his dealership's poor integrity and salesmanship. I was also informed that he hadn't gotten the other side of the story (at which time I should have just hung up). Aaron...your sales folks are doing exactly what the owners want so in the future don't insult your disgruntled customers with b. s. about getting the sales side's story. Obviously you've never heard the saying "the customer is always right" because after our lengthy conversation I felt all Aaron was trying to do was exonerate his sales staff. More

I found out it wasn't possible and she came back with some other options. I ended up buying a new 2017 Rogue! I had a black 2013 Rogue that I had bought at Midway in June 2013. I had such a great experience I thought I would give them another shot and I'm so glad I did. It was the fastest most simple car deal I have ever encountered. I had somewhere I had to be and they made sure I was out of there on time. I don't know about you, but I name my cars. My last one was Priscilla. I had gone to Brazil for a mission trip in mid 2013 and met a beautiful woman, and soul, by the name of Priscilla. She made such an impact on my life, I wanted to name my new car Priscilla. Needless to say, Jessica made my car buying experience so wonderful, I named my new 2017 white Rogue.... Jessica! Great customer service, great people that work there that care about the customer, a great atmosphere, and a wonderful car buying experience! Thank you More
