I was woking with other makes of vehicles with other dealerships in the valley, but from the moment I spoke with Victor and the internet manager, they hooked me up with Hector Garcia to go over the perimeters for financing and type of vehicle I was looking for. I wasn't looking at a Nissan at the time, but the service that Hector provide was genuine, observant and knowledgeable. He help get to where I needed to be with the financing and made sure everything was exactly as we discussed. He was extremely professional. My wife loved his caring attitude and made her feel very comfortable while we waited, even though it was very busy at the time. My wife and I felt like we were the only customers that mattered while we there. The time spent didn't seem that long, even though it took time to complete the deal. I would highly recommend the Nissan team and especially Hector to purchase their next vehicle at Midway.
