Excellent service advisor,on time, idle vibration no fix. Chris D Grashe Is an excellent advisor the repairs were down except for low speed vibration, zero movement with truck running, was not eliminated. Chris explained this is inherent with a 6 cylinder. I think it was getting worse and we went for a test ride today Monday and I showed him my concern, no fix available. For this reason i can not recommend a v6 to any friends and will get rid of the vehicle soon. I do not like the vibration at stand still with engine running and in or out of gear. My 4 cylinder Malibu does not do this. The old model vehicles used to do this and I if no fix for my Nissan truck then I will get another vehicle. More

Great experience I went to the dealership without any true expectations that they could help us. We had purchased a Frontier from another dealership and after a year I went to the dealership without any true expectations that they could help us. We had purchased a Frontier from another dealership and after a year of payments we were still upside down in the truck and it was not getting the gas mileage we needed. Scott Sullivan our negotiator could see my frustration. He found a Vehicle with cash back bonus, my employee discount and other rebates that allowed us to get into a better deal. We had made all our payments on time so Nissan lowered our interest rate. My husband is disabled and I did not bring his truck with me however they put everything together and even offered to go to my house for him to sign and pick up the truck. We are so pleased to know there is a dealership out there that truly cares about the customer. I will tell my family, friends and anyone else who listens to go to Midway Nissan.
