I will only come here I bought my 2014 Frontier from this dealer and for service I've brought it back, except for one time. That time I went to a different Nissan dealersh I bought my 2014 Frontier from this dealer and for service I've brought it back, except for one time. That time I went to a different Nissan dealership to get the pull changed. I was quoted 1 to 1 1/2 hours and it took nearly 2 1/2 to complete. . That was after they tried to sell me the service, so I would have 1 more, eventhough it was included in the purchase of the truck. Not at Midway. .. I was in and out in just over an hour for an oil change, and that included changing out a bad motor mount. When I arrived I was just looking not really ready to purchase. Kim was my sales representative. She was patient, knowledgeable and listened to all of my needs throughout the entire experience. I liked a couple of the cars but was unable to pay the sticker price. Kim and Tray worked with me and we came to an awesome deal. (Never did I feel pressure.) Nissan won me over I have always been a Toyota gal though I saw a used car on the Nissan website and thought I would take a look. I met with Daniel Luevano and I was n I have always been a Toyota gal though I saw a used car on the Nissan website and thought I would take a look. I met with Daniel Luevano and I was not an easy client. I had it in my head to buy a used car and by the end of the day I had a new car. I was very impressed with the customer service and the team that worked together to win me over. Daniel said he wanted a chance to win over my business and that he did. When I pulled up to the dealership I was welcomed by a very nice team member; from there I was introduced to Daniel. Daniel had me meet Chris Johnson who also was very helpful. There were a couple of other team members who helped me while I was completing the paper work. I picked up the car the next day and when I pulled up another team member said, Hi! Your Misty? I said yes! How did you know and she said I am one of Daniels team members and remember you from yesterday. Daniel was great as was the entire team. Everyone from Daniel to the financial department seems to take pride in what they do and this location seems like one big happy family. Very Happy with Midway Nissan After looking at the online deals from other dealers, I went to them to buy a new car. But for my disappointment they could not offer me the same deal After looking at the online deals from other dealers, I went to them to buy a new car. But for my disappointment they could not offer me the same deal what they advertised on the website (I am not eligible for all the discounts). I happened to see a pre-owned car on Midway nissan website and went there to enquire about that car, by chance I got to talk to 'Ed Brown' and he offered me a good deal on a new car that I wanted to buy which no other dealers have offered me. Within two days, I bought the car (Nissan Altima 2.5s) and I am happy with it :). Alfred, Sales associate had helped me since I start my enquiry about a pre-owned car till the new car is handed over to me! I do recommend Midway Nissan for good deals! Regards, Srikanth G More
