Only bad part was oil was spilled on my engine so after I drove away smoke came from my engine and vents. I had to come back so they could clean it off. This was an unanticipated repair resulting from a defective fuel pump. I normally would receive service at Pinnacle Nissan but do not like going to that dealership. Therefore, having previously bou defective fuel pump. I normally would receive service at Pinnacle Nissan but do not like going to that dealership. Therefore, having previously bought a Titan from Midway Nissan I felt I wanted to resume receiving my service there. Scott was quick to get me set up with service within 90-minutes (after my Rogue was towed in), and kept me apprised of the progress on the diagnosis along the way. The technician could not initially identify the problem and asked to keep the Rogue overnight for more evaluation. Once they determined the problem, Scott ordered in an overnight replacement fuel pump (from the manufacturer), the work was done properly and quickly. I was given a rental car overnight for my convenience. And, the nicest outcome of all: the repair was covered under one of my two extended warrantees! I have asked to be a permanent customer of Midway Nissan. Thank you! This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. More
My sales guy was not pushy. He took me to exactly what I was asking for and in my price range. They even helped to lower my interest rates and save me and extra $50 a month on my car payment. They are definitley knowledgeable as to other dealerships couldnt give me an exact answer as whether or not to go new or used these guys already knew the answer and had me pre qualified prior to coming in. I want to thank Mike & Daniel so much for fixing my baby, I can't believe the difference between the way my car drives,handles, sounds and feels after being serviced at Midway and the way it came out baby, I can't believe the difference between the way my car drives,handles, sounds and feels after being serviced at Midway and the way it came out of Coulter Nissan's shop, I had never taken my car anywhere but Coulter because I bought it at West Valley and until they moved to the 303 highway I never thought of going any where else. But in April 2013 when I took my car to Coulter on the 303, it was like to going to a totally different company. I trusted them to do what was needed but my car was never the same, life got in way of me going somewhere else or going back to Coulter.. When I began looking for some where else to take my car on the internet and the only one I felt I could trust was Mike at Midway. I will never go back to Coulter.
