Made our appointment 1-week in advance for a recall. Brought down at 6:30 am; 2nd car in line. Told it would take approximately 2 hours when making appointment. Also told them I needed vehicle back by 1 Brought down at 6:30 am; 2nd car in line. Told it would take approximately 2 hours when making appointment. Also told them I needed vehicle back by 11:30, because I was leaving town for work. Called at 11:00 am, said it wouldn’t be done until 1:00. (Told it was torn apart and could put it back together and reschedule the appointment!) Not sure who is in charge, but it’s uncourteous to tell customers one thing and do the complete opposite and not communicate. Poor service!! More

We bought a 2020 Prius 7 months ago. We enjoyed working with Eric in sales. He was very informative and friendly. Unfortunately, we bought the 2 year service contract. They have been rude and uncommunic with Eric in sales. He was very informative and friendly. Unfortunately, we bought the 2 year service contract. They have been rude and uncommunicative with us in the service department. We even have considered paying for service elsewhere, even though we’ve already paid for the 2 year service contract. More
