I have the greatest confidence in the service team to do their best work, give their best advice, and guide me to keep my 2015 Toyota Highlander running as if it’s new. I have great appreciation for their honesty, hard work and efficiency. Time after time I see exactly the same personnel and have built a great rapport so that I believe they are working to help me make best choices in maintaining the vehicle I purchased from them. Outstanding service I took my 16 F-250 ccsb in for oil change and service. I mentioned to Nathan the service adviser that my ac was making a noise I hadn't heard before. I took my 16 F-250 ccsb in for oil change and service. I mentioned to Nathan the service adviser that my ac was making a noise I hadn't heard before. When I picked my truck up he had diagnosed the problem with the ac serviced the truck and informed me he could have the part/ ac compressor the next day and have it installed and out the door on the same day. Once again they did just what they said they would do. Prompt, Professional Service! Great job Midwest Ford and a big thank you to Nathan for taking care of my truck for me. I'll be bringing my truck back here for any work I may need in the future. More
