Craig and the front desk staff were so polite and made my stressful experience much more pleasant. They worked with my insurance company to ensure all damages were going to be taken care of. After they took my car apart, they had me come back up and showed me the damage underneath the visible damage and how it would be repaired. Craig kept in touch with me regularly through email and always answered my questions in a timely manner. He told me my car would be completed in 3 weeks and it was exactly that timeframe! My husband picked my car up for me since I work out of town. I was so pleased to see the work completed by the technicians. My car looked brand new again! Not only did they repair all of damage, but they cleaned my car inside and out. My car looks amazing! More

Place is a scam and liars. Christy Bell the business manager is a pathetic excise of a person. They can just randomly review your return by a representative and not electronically. I was told I could use my pending tax refund and never given a deadline and the salesman said there was no deadline for refund. It's the irs who has any control over them. After having vehicle I thought I owned or 2 weeks and lost $100 in insurance. Christy Bell tok the vehicle back and I never was approved Other car dealerships do this tactic also. Beware!!!!
