Needs to get better in service department I am very disappointed in the service department at this dealership. I have four vehicle that they are servicing on a regular bases. When the vehicles are checked in a the service department I have a list that I give the ticket writer. Not one time have they been complete correctly. They have a check sheet which means nothing because they check them off with out looking at the vehicle. I have found several problem and brought them to the attention of the Service Manager to no resolution. More
