Lied to for two years It's been over two years of trying to get the keys I was promised by this dealership and STILL can't get anyone to take care of the promises made to m It's been over two years of trying to get the keys I was promised by this dealership and STILL can't get anyone to take care of the promises made to me! So much turnover with management and sales staff...good luck buying a vehicle and getting ANY sort of service after the sale! I've tried for 20 months to work with them and I keep getting told "oh yes we will get that taken care of" except now they say...oh we have new managers and it's been too long...and never actually get what I was promised....take your time and money somewhere else and avoid the horrible experience I've had to deal with! I have screen shots from texts and emails showing I was lied to and STILL nobody will even return a call now! So thankful I never have to deal with this company again! Les Eck should feel embarrassed to even own this dealership! More
We had a good experience. We had scheduled an appointment over the internet to view a car we were interested in. The car proved to be just what it was purported to be. fast and friendly I was able to leave my vehicle and was given a ride to my job, and when car was ready they brought it to my work place, I have going to Midwest to ha I was able to leave my vehicle and was given a ride to my job, and when car was ready they brought it to my work place, I have going to Midwest to have my car serviced since I bought my car their, I also get a coupons in the mail for my oil change, which is a great savings. I recommend Midwest, great people. More

Unfriendly people and hidden chsrges! Jim turner should not be working with the public! You have hidden charges that i feel are ridiculous. I have to pay for a shuttle i don't use.
