He was knowledgeable and shared his insights, but not in an annoying way like some car dealers. There’s always a level of small talk in these circumstances, but he didn’t force it or make it feel awkward. If I had to do it again, (and I hope I don’t for a while!), I’d definitely go back to Todd. I was less impressed with the person in finance, but I don’t remember his name so I won’t say anything more. More

Todd and I test drove the car I ended up buying and he answered all my questions thoroughly to the best of his knowledge.
