Worst experience ever I was just looking at the VW Atlas and took it on a test drive. Following the drive, Max said - and I quote - "are you buying a car today?" and I said I was just looking at the VW Atlas and took it on a test drive. Following the drive, Max said - and I quote - "are you buying a car today?" and I said no, I would never buy a car without my family's input and I was just looking. He said "I don't want to waste my time with you then". I was shocked . He was so condescending; I doubt he would have talked that way to a man. I have never had that kind of experience with any salesperson. It was so unbelievably rude that I felt the need to tell Max's manager that I would NEVER buy a vehicle from MAG. In fact, I wouldn't even be back looking. I went to Byers and they were far better. More
