Way to go for purchasing a new Atlas We were welcomed by Kay and answered all questions we throw at him. We already had in mind a model to learn about it and he just explained to us all We were welcomed by Kay and answered all questions we throw at him. We had specific features we will not give up therefore made him to go in detail with every different offered options. He was extremely patient with us and showed to us different cars as we could not made our mind on color and interior but his patience paid off and we choose one. But, that was not the end of the story. We wanted to trade-in out Tiguan which be bought at MAG in 2012. We argue on price and provide the whys we wanted specific amount and he also explained his side of the business but we reach an agreement. Again his way of treat a customers was crucial.
