We decided to go check out a 2018 Explorer at the last minute, and due to storms and living 1.5 hours away we weren't going to make it, but Mike said he would wait for us, sent us videos of the Explorer a minute, and due to storms and living 1.5 hours away we weren't going to make it, but Mike said he would wait for us, sent us videos of the Explorer and provided everything we asked for during the drive. Well I had an appt at 8 in the morning and I called at noon and they still had not even pulled it in. Then they never called me to tell me it was done.
