I've been to several dealerships and I was turned down because I they said I need a co-signer. I purchased 3 other vehicles in my name without a co-signer. I was very nervous going in the dealership but the people were very inviting. It was my first time buying a car and came in for a used one. Didnt think my credit was good enough since I'm young. I visted Anderson Chevorlet by chance. My wife and I were looking to buy a newer used car. We were leaning towards a Buick Enclave. Our salesman Jesse Fakhoury was very friendly he asked us what kind of car looking to buy a newer used car. We were leaning towards a Buick Enclave. Our salesman Jesse Fakhoury was very friendly he asked us what kind of car we were looking for. Jesse showed us the exact car we were looking for a used Buick Enclave. Jesse also showed us a GMC Arcadia and a Chevy Traverse all right around the same price. He let us drive all three but me and my wife really liked the Traverse. Now comes the interesting part, I never ever buy a car from the first dealer I visted. But Jesse was so friendly and NOT PUSHY as most salesman are, Jesse made it clear he was going to get the best price first time to offer us. My wife and I had a budgeted amount to buy a car and Jesse was so friendly that even though we should have visted other dealers we bought the car from Jesse. Dealerships could take a lesson in his selling technique. More
We went in to the dealership specifically to look at a used Mountaineer that we saw online. Jesse was incredibley nice and took the time to explain everything to us. Kerry was also great to work with. She took the time to explain all our options with the warranties and she never tried to up sell anything. After looking for a car for a week, meeting jesse was like a godsend. He was courteous, kind, and didn't try to sell us something that we either didn't want or like. My husband and I went to Mike Anderson Chevrolet recently looking for a used minivan. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by friendly staff. We could not have asked for a nicer sales consultant (Jesse Fakhoury) and finance consultant (Terry Fakhoury)! They were both outstanding! They were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. One thing we loved about working with Jesse and Terry is the fact that, while we were working with them, they did not treat us as a "sale", they treated us like family. You don't get that kind of treatment just anywhere! My husband and I went to several car dealerships before going to Mike Anderson Chevrolet, and none of the other dealership's customer service came close to what we experienced at Mike Anderson Chevrolet! We would definitely go back to Mike Anderson Chevrolet in the future, and we highly recommend them to anyone who may be looking to purchase a new, or used vehicle:-) ~John & Carolynn Cardone~ More

Luckily Chevy Customer Service took care of everything on their end. I had Smart Care service (A specific vehicle maintenance contract that covers chassis lubrication, oil, oil filter and tire rotation according to scheduled time and mileage requirements in your owner's manual.) I told them I wanted done what was covered under smart care. I had already had over 6,000 miles since my last rotation. My owners manual says 5-8000 miles while one Frank says 7-9000miles and another one says 7-8000 miles. So all they did was an oil change and that was it. Chevy messed up on their part and had my smart care under a wrong VIN which was caused by another dealership giving them the wrong VIN number. So Mike Anderson had to charge me until things got straighten out. The day after they said they would refund the next day. But did it almost a MONTH later. That's one issue. Another issue is they order the floor that goes in the trunk that covers the spare tire. This was like 3 months ago. They order the part and never called me. I go in to find out they have it but they ordered the wrong part. Finally they get it, I bring my car to them today and they tell me it will take a whole hour to do which only takes literally 5 min. Reason being, your appointment only means you can bring your car, we'll get to your car when we can. Really????? It takes almost as long as an oil change to take out a board and put in a new one. Never again am i bringing my car here again. I wasn't even going to bring it today but they had the part for my trunk. Oh and lastly I had to bring my car to them at least twice to fix something in the transmission. The first time they told me nothing was wrong until I went on a test drive with them to show exactly what they missed which i don't know how they could. Brought it back a second time because it was even worse then the first time. If you have a positive experience with them, that's great I'm glad, I wish only I had one. And It's frustrating because they are 5 blocks away from my house, now I have to find a further dealership. More

Overall The expierience was pleasing. I went into the dealship looking for paperwork on a Chevy Tahoe and walked out with a 2011 Suburban....Right, I know. The last dealship i went too I walked away from dealship looking for paperwork on a Chevy Tahoe and walked out with a 2011 Suburban....Right, I know. The last dealship i went too I walked away from feeling very dirty, This time it was very good, Jesse went out of his way to help me. While waiting on the credit check a man in a wheelchair came in to inquire about the Chevy Camareo. Jesse, asked me if he could help him real quick. Jesse took the time and showed him everything about the car including lowering the convertable top and showing him the sound system in the car. The man ended up being a veteran. I thought that awesome!!!!!! Mike Anderson Chevrolet was a pleasure to do business with and will get my business in the future. P.S. On a side note there was a problem with the installation of an agreed upon aftermarket accessory. Both Jesse and the service manager Tim Jenney stood by me and got the problem solved in a timely manner. More
