Despite a previous terrible experience with the Mike Anderson Sales department, decided to try and use Anderson for service. I had purchased a comprehensive maintenance plan. There were problems with th Anderson Sales department, decided to try and use Anderson for service. I had purchased a comprehensive maintenance plan. There were problems with the GM Protection company, and Anderson had to submit an invoice for repayment. They expected me to pay up front and wait for reimbursement, partly, I believe, because they were going to charge more than the maintenance plan was going to pay out. This place is nasty and dishonest. The service manager is horrible. Adding insult to injury, whoever brought my car back to me somehow decided, for reasons absolutely unknown to me, to turn off my one-pedal drive feature without informing me. I nearly hit the car in front of me at the first stop light after pulling out of the dealership, and had to pull over to figure out how to get it back on. That is nothing but dangerous negligence. In the interest of fairness, there were two minor positives. First, they did allow me to charge my car for free while this ordeal was going on. That was nice. Second, I do appreciateone service representative did spend a good deal of time trying to resolve the absurdity of the situation. It just seems to me that, as a first time customer with a new car who was planning to be a long term customer, the dealership would have done more to keep my business. All of the problems were a result of miscommunication between Mike Anderson Chevrolet, Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort (where I bought the care and eventually drove over an hour each way to get my service completed), and the GM Protection company. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to make the calls, try to resolve the problems, and pay out of pocket. After two hours, ultimately not getting the service I had already paid for, I had it. Never again! More

Gen 2 Chevy Volts (mine is 2017) have a very common issue where the vehicle won't recognize that it has been shifted to P (shift to park warning). Because of this, GM has added the fix to the Voltec warranty where the vehicle won't recognize that it has been shifted to P (shift to park warning). Because of this, GM has added the fix to the Voltec warranty. My vehicle is well within the Voltec warranty as I have 48,500 miles. The service advisor claimed it is not covered and said this would cost around $500. I explained it is covered several times. I called the Service manager and he rudely proclaimed it is not covered. It is clearly stated in the Shift to park service bulletin that it is covered as of Oct. 2019. So I left that dealer. I have an 11 week old newborn and I now have to drive to a different and far more distant dealer to get proper service. Dealers/service should know what is covered under warranty. Will not return to this dealer for service or a new upcoming vehicle purchase. More
I took our 5 year old Chevy in to be serviced. We were having issues with Stabilitrak (break pedal activating when driving causing the car to jerk) in addition to filling the power steering fluid. Paid having issues with Stabilitrak (break pedal activating when driving causing the car to jerk) in addition to filling the power steering fluid. Paid over $300 to investigate the problem. Got a call back that the Stabilitak was caused by dirt under the car (which is interesting since we had the exact same problem a year ago) and not the brake. A month later the problem is still happening and is triggered during longer trips. Then they told me we need to replace the power steering fluid pump. The cost? $3,000. That's completely insane. I declined, got the car home put a bottle of power steering fluid in. Problem solved. So basically both problems weren't fixed, we paid over $300 and they tried getting another $3,000 from us. Completely insane. We were going to look into a trade in for a newer model. Chevy has lost our business. More

Poor service center Bought a vehicle from here 3 months ago and we had to bring it in for service at least 5 times for different problems. It seems as if the vehicle was Bought a vehicle from here 3 months ago and we had to bring it in for service at least 5 times for different problems. It seems as if the vehicle was never inspected! As if they just wanted to make a sale or get this vehicle off the lot. This place is totally careless! The many of days we had to take off from work to waste our day arguing with the service department and they can’t even have the vehicle ready on the same day!! Ugh!!! They always have an excuse. Worst place ever!! More
Unhappy Customer Brought my car in on Thursday, I still don't have it. They said the car was ready after a few hours, but soon as I pulled it out of the garage it cut off. One of the gentlemen said he told another worker that he didn't feel that the problem was fixed. Called numerous of times for an update no one has returned my call. I was told the car has to be turned over to GM because they can't figure out was going on. In the meantime, I wasn't offered a car due it seems to be a manufacturing problem. Also, I brought the car in for headlights a few times while under warranty and they never could find the problem. Now that it's not under the manufacturing warranty, they said the lights need to be replaced and I'll have to pay out of pocket. I don't understand why they didn't figure it out while under the warranty. I'm VERY disappointed in the service I've received. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A DEALERSHIP I had a terrible experience at this dealership. they broke my taillight and put a crease in my quarter panel. when i picked up the vehicle is was dust I had a terrible experience at this dealership. they broke my taillight and put a crease in my quarter panel. when i picked up the vehicle is was dusty and very dirty. They didn't wash it because the damage would have showed. My truck had been there for over a month getting an engine and they told me that they were married to it. I called GM my self and they had plenty of engines in stock and they called the dealer on 3 way and told them that the engine would be sent to them. I will never go back to this dealer again, More
