Service I tried to get my 2011 Silverado in for an immediate check on my engine light and the engine is running rough at idle. They cannot accommodate. Worst dealership EVER DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Purchased a new Camaro from them last year. Took it in to have the remote start installed. Was told the car would be ready DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Purchased a new Camaro from them last year. Took it in to have the remote start installed. Was told the car would be ready at this time. Guess what didn't make the delivery time. Ok I'll give you one. Took the car back in for oil change which was part of purchasing the vehicle. Treated like garbage and the service writer was rude. Fast forward to the next oil change. Wife took the car in. Service writer treated wife badly and made a couple remarks to her. I went in the next day to talk to said service writer about the way he treated my wife. If I wouldn't have went to jail I'd have smacked him like his momma should have. Will never purchase from them again. Recommended to fellow workers and everyone I know not to go. More
Joe was an exceptional greeter and one the the most personable people I have ever met. He apologived for any delays ad made sure I stayed informed while I waited. After him I was handed off to Willie who was just as willing to talk and explain the wait and what was done to my car and aht additional work and costs were involved. No offense or disrespect to the previous owner, but this place is TEN TIMES BETTER now than it was back in 2001 with everyone who I came in contact. I had fog lights installed on a 1995 Saturn SC2 Coupe, and Dan and Kevin in parts were absolutely exceptional in advising me what to have installed, and what not to have installed. I returned my original after-market fog lights based on their advice, and I am glad I did. Then Rick Kritlow was very sharp and professional with me, and the Greeter in Customer Service, Cathy, had such a warm and pleasant personality. I was a loyal Saturn owner; over the last 20 years I bought three Saturns, one Chevy and one Oldsmobile and had all of the serviced at the Saturn dealership. When GM closed Saturn down I really wondered bought three Saturns, one Chevy and one Oldsmobile and had all of the serviced at the Saturn dealership. When GM closed Saturn down I really wondered if I could find a dealer / service center that treated me as well as Saturn had. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Mike Anderson not only equalled but has surpassed my experience with Saturn. The salesman at Mike Anderson, Paul Ong, did a great job making the buying of my new Malibu a great experience. The Service Department has been over-the-top professional and friendly.
