The service department is no good in the communication department. My truck has been there about a week and not have any communication about it. I have called several times about it and they tell me that department. My truck has been there about a week and not have any communication about it. I have called several times about it and they tell me that my service advisor will call back. I called them 3 times on 8-23. 6 times on 8-24 with no response. I called on 8-26 to talk with some one and still no call back. It's just a simple phone call. I will just need to go down there and talk with someone. As I'm reading through the reviews on Google there seems to be a common issue with the service department not communicating with the customers. More
