I came into the dealership with outside financing secured. Once we agreed on a price, the finance manager didn’t want to let me leave with the vehicle because it would take several days to receive th secured. Once we agreed on a price, the finance manager didn’t want to let me leave with the vehicle because it would take several days to receive the electronic funds transfer. It was suggested that I put down a deposit in order to leave, which I declined. He then asked me to allow them to finance the vehicle, after I had already declined multiple requests. At one point the sales person started asking financial questions to begin the application after I signed the purchase agreement with outside financing. It took another hour and a half to meet with the gentleman to sign the final documents. Detailing was closed at this point, and technically so was the dealership because it was an hour after closing at this point. I was asked to bring the car back in the morning. When I returned with the car for detailing, the car was returned within 15 minutes. A scratch in the wheel cover was not polished out and the sales representative actually scratched it more attempting to get the scratch out. I then checked the interior of the car and it was not detailed. It was taken back and only the spot that I indicated was cleaned, nothing else. Frustrated, I left with my brand new, scratched, and undetailed vehicle. This was my first interaction with Mike Bell and it will definitely be the last. More
