Had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department. Initially, the service advisor Nicole provided false information about being unable to access my service details. Upon my visit, she greeted me coldly and disputed the quoted price, despite it being clearly written on my paperwork. After a lengthy wait for a tire replacement, the overall service was unsatisfactory. Considering this, I won't be recommending this dealership and will opt for Hardy Chevrolet in the future. More

Horrible I bought the car the 10th of Nov it supposed to have been serviced the 6th of Nov. I had to have oil; changed in less .than a month When it was changed it was so black.
