When applying brakes to trailblazer there is a squealing sound. This sound started one month after purchase. Mike Bell Service has looked at this 2 times and I'm being told this is normal. If Chevrolet has lowered the quality of pats being used, I'll never own another Chevy product. As for Mike Bell "Home of the Life Time Warranty" they can't get brakes to stop squealing, how dependable will any work be that is completed at this location. More

After four hours I ended up paying $629 for two batteries, oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter. After complaining about the cost of the batteries and charging $150 for running a diagnostic batteries, oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter. After complaining about the cost of the batteries and charging $150 for running a diagnostic when I actually told them it was the battery. They came down on prices of what they first quoted me and gave me a 10% senior discount. Still think it was to high! Got home and checked prices of the batteries they put on and found them over $100 cheaper than what I paid. Of course everything was charged individually for labor. Maybe I don’t understand how they pay their employees but taking five minutes to run a diagnostic at $150 a pop is really high to me. You would think the diagnostic would just be a common thing to do anything time you take your car in for service. I understand maintenance but this was a lot to take in when you go in thinking it was going to be maybe few hundred. I did thank them for getting the price down from the first quote. They were nice after I was visibly upset. More
