Horrible! !! This place avoids you and continually lies to you. Unless you get it in writing you can't believe anything they say. Tore up my truck when they !! Tore up my truck when they changed out the blown engine and threw it back together just to make it work. Caused by air conditioning to stop working and would not fix it unless I was willing to pay their cost for replacing the compressor that was working when I gave it to them. Gave me no written warranty information on the "new" engine that is actually just a "remanufactured" engine they tell you is new. I bought this truck brand new from them (not "remanufactured") with only 11 miles on it with working air conditioning. They said it would take 4-5 days to change the engine. It took them 5 weeks and a day to return my thrown together truck back to me (after several phone calls and dropping by to inquire about when I would get it back). Parts have been put back incorrectly installed, my hood is out of alignment, the a/c blows only hot air, the cooling fans don't work at all.... My engine warranty is only "word of mouth" (not in writing) for supposed 3 yr/36,000 miles. Never again! I would give them a -5. More

Not pleased at all! My car was there for 4 months. When I picked it up it was nasty finger prints on windshield my dash door is not assembled properly. Schedule an appointment and apparently it is a “window” for service.
