I scheduled on ford app, took truck in and discussed with them the issue and recalls, in about 30 minutes I was getting a confirmation call on phone. Next morning another call discussing issues and if I want them the issue and recalls, in about 30 minutes I was getting a confirmation call on phone. My previous experience with this dealership has been great this time however not so much. Purchased a brand new platinum f150. The truck was levelled and delivered yet the front of the truck was 1.5 inc great this time however not so much. Purchased a brand new platinum f150. The truck was levelled and delivered yet the front of the truck was 1.5 inches higher than the rear. They said “most people do not take a level to the truck” a level was not needed as the error was visually detectable. I also had a cover put on the rear. This was installed incorrectly and would not close properly when the tailgate was closed. Simultaneously I purchased a second brand new truck for my son. He too had a levelling kit installed this time his truck was 1.5 inches higher in the rear than the front. I was made to feel that my dissatisfaction with my purchases was causing me to make issues that did not exist. I paid out of pocket to correct all issues and do not think I will do business with Mile again. More

I recently brought my vehicle in to have the tailgate mechanism repaired, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done.
