Bought a truck, and they ain't very helpful with wanting to fix it even though it was agree on when buying it. The service center is always kind and ready to help with your needs. It’s understanding that business is business but these guys will put it aside to treat you nice. Had a rear brake job scheduled for my F150 on Wednesday and using offered p/u and drop off service. When time came, service called and personnel shortage would delay the work that day; I agreed to postpone and using offered p/u and drop off service. When time came, service called and personnel shortage would delay the work that day; I agreed to postpone until Thursday and the truck was picked up Thursday morning for a job estimated at 3 hours. When I had not heard anything by late afternoon, I called and found out that during reassembly, a part had broken and replacement would not be available until Friday morning. The part was acquired and eventually the work completed and the truck returned on Friday. William, the service manager, was very accommodating in reducing the cost of the service for my inconvenience and the finished work was very well done. The one suggestion I offer is to be more proactive in communicating the status to the customer, no one likes surprises. In the service manager’s defense, it appeared to me that the dealership is minimally staffed. More
