We have recently left a 1 star review in reference to an Allstate extended warranty policy. After posting the dealership contacted us immediately to get first hand information about what had happened. Afte Allstate extended warranty policy. After the learned the dilemmas with this contract they did not hesitate to correct this mistake and offered to refunded us for the entire policy. The check arrived 2 days after. Considering that most merchants do not stand behind their products nowadays, this was quite the positive surprise.
