I will try to keep this short because there are so many things i could said about this dealership. We have bought our last 9 cars from them over the years. I actually bought another car just like the curre things i could said about this dealership. We have bought our last 9 cars from them over the years. I actually bought another car just like the current car just this past October. I loved it. Well a couple weeks ago I was involved in a very serious accident and spent time in the ICU. The car saved my like. I am very thankful that they recommended such a safe car for me and my family. I turned to them when i was ready to drive again. I walked out with the same car. A year newer. It makes me feel safe to be in a car again. Ryan Gary and Richard make buying painless. They will do anything they can to help you find a safe and affordable car for your family. My wife and I helped her 85 year old Mother (my Mother in Law) trade her dated and dented Malibu for a pre-owned Trax. The experience with the Sales Team and Mac Shaw specifically was excellent. When we were transferred to the main showroom to actually purchase the vehicle, the experience went downhill significantly. We waited and waited with zero interaction or communication from the 2 individuals sitting in the fishbowl behind computers in the showroom. After about an hour and 15 minutes of just standing there, I finally approached the fishbowl to ask what was going on, and both individuals quickly blamed our salesperson for not informing us that they only had 1 Finance Manager on duty and there were several others waiting to purchase vehicles. So we continued to wait. Never in our lives of purchasing vehicles have we waited in line (and with ZERO communication from the dealership) like we were waiting until our number was called to buy meat from the local deli. Once our name was finally called, the Finance Manager knew we were not happy and did his best to quickly move the process along (this was aided by the fact that we were paying CASH). Overall, the Sales experience was great. The Finance Manager was also good but the wait was awful. A little communication from the 2 individuals in the showroom fishbowl (just adjacent to the black Corvette with the “sold-do not touch sign”) would have made a huge difference in the overall experience. All they had to do was tell us “we only have 1 Finance Manager on duty so you can wait or maybe go have some lunch and come back”…….that would have gone a long way. Instead, they immediately blamed Sales and in doing so were very unprofessional. Overall this was a bad experience. The Sales and Finance teams were great but the wait with our 85 year old Mother/Mother in Law was awful. Mike Castrucci is welcome to call us directly for our feedback. More
