Salesman was very straightforward and focused in handling business at hand. Ron was attentive and receptive to everything i communicated to him. He and the other gentleman in the front office were also pleasantly transparent in their approach to disclosing figures regarding trade-in value of my truck, and explaining the different figures that went into the overall calculation of the sale. I did not experience any adversity in the whole transaction, which is not always the case. As for the finance manager, Rick, he was possibly the as friendly and expedient as I have experienced.
