Ron was great to work with, not so happy with sales manager, I felt he wasn't honest with me and it cost me another trip back and $250 more. I wish buying a car could be a more pleasant task. On Saturday, March 2,2013 I decided to visit Mike Castrucci Chevrolet after weeks of online searching for vehicles. I was in a car accident in January and totaled my 2006 Kia Sorento. I was looking f Castrucci Chevrolet after weeks of online searching for vehicles. I was in a car accident in January and totaled my 2006 Kia Sorento. I was looking for another dependable SUV for myself and my children. I came across the 2008 Pontiac Torrent on their website and was in my price range. So I went to test drive it on that Saturday. Shawn Varney greeted us immediately and was super nice. He listened to what I wanted and looked for. We test drove it at that time and I was very happy with the experience. Shawn new when to give me space to decide but also was there when I had question. It was not an overwhelming experience like I have had at previous dealerships. I purchased the vehicle that day.
