I called Ben back at 3:54 that day and we discussed the purchase and delivery of the truck. I told him I was out of town and could he deliver the truck on Monday or Tuesday and I asked him if I needed to put down a deposit with a credit card. He told me everything was fine, no need for a deposit, and to just call when I was back in town. I texted on the way back into town to set up delivery and he texted back that the truck had been sold already that day we were talking numbers. No other explanation. I can't believe that people can do business that way and think they will get away with it. No wonder car dealership have a bad rap. I called the sales manager Rich Wilbur and left a message but have not received a call back. More

Ron went out of his way to make sure that we received the best deal for our money.
