First off, I would like to say that I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. Scott was my salesman and he knew that I had a couple of requests that I thought wo recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. Scott was my salesman and he knew that I had a couple of requests that I thought would be really hard to meet. Wally and Scott helped me get out of my trade, and gave me the right amount for it. My payment was in my budget and I left very happy, actually feeling good, really good about this purchase. I love the Focus and would recommend this car, this dealership and Scott Turner to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I met Steve Black through my brother, who purchased a truck from Steve. I purchased a Ford Edge. Steve Black was extremely professional and answered every question I had. The financing offered to me was better than I had expected. I had also received a large Ford and dealer rebate because my car was a 2010 end of season purchase. I have been extremely satisfied with Mike Castrucci Ford. They contact me by e-mail regularly to make sure I am happy with my car and if I need anything. I have had my car serviced by their service department. They are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Steve Black and Mike Castrucci Ford to my family and friends and I would purchase another vehicle from them when it is time. More

Scott Turner was our sales person. He exuded enthusiasm and dealt with all our questions professionally, and, I believe, accurately. Since, he has inquired about our satisfaction with the car and volunteer and dealt with all our questions professionally, and, I believe, accurately. Since, he has inquired about our satisfaction with the car and volunteered to help on any issues we might have. The deal was fair, probably not a world beater, and we feel well treated so far. Had a very minor post-delivery problem (dead windshield wiper blade) and the service guys took care of me quite well. I like that one of the men checks the battery condition while the car is still in the waiting bay. Little touches like that make me think (if I didn't know better) that you folks are all Saturn dealer clones. :-) More

I was looking for a new SUV and looked up the dealership and models on the Internet. I was contacted immediately and offered an opportunity to come to the dealership and test drive a vehicle. A day or two later I received a call from the salesman. We set up a time for me to come and see the vehicles. When we got there Jeff Chesser was the salesperson we worked with and he was wonderful. I am a professional businesswoman and I was buying this vehicle for myself. My husband and son were with me bur the final decision was mine and Jeff respected the fact I was the decision maker in this purchase. Purchasing this new Ford Expedition was a great experience. More

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. Of course I was recommended by family and word of mouth is ALWAYS the best way to go! Second car in 7 months unfortunately. I had an accident. Didn't even have a second thought on the car I wanted or the dealership I would go to get it . Fantastic. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I have bought a total of 7 new or used vehilces from this dealership. and have taken various friends to do the same. My salesman Jason Nuckles is outstanding. In the past I have not trusted dealerships nor salesman but after talking to jason he has made me feel comfortable and I have felt like I was being treated with dignity and respect.the website for this dealership is outstanding and very helpful. another reason I like my salesman Jason is because he showed me the vehicle that I was looking for and did not try to "up" sell anything. He explained every aspect of the deal to me in terms I could understand. He went through great lengths to make sure I understood every option on the vehicle I had chosen and made sure I was getting the vehicle I really wanted.I would not think about going to another dealership as long as Jason Nuckles is my salesman. this dealership is in fact the only one I have found to be trust worthy from start right through finance to delivery! good job! This was a great dealership. Our dealer gave us some great advice about buying a new car. We were given back a lot of money for our 2001 Hyundai Elantra (more than double what the competition was offer great advice about buying a new car.
