After comparing features and listening to discussion of the differences, we did a test drive. Next we initiated an application and before I knew it, we were heading to the finance office. After the sale, he assisted my needs that were not resolved via the OnStar services. Since floor mats were not in the auto when we started eliminating choices, he ordered a set before I went home that day. More
