Unprofessional service Dropped off my vehicle 22 April to have minor paint work we done. Even called my sales man was unable to get an answer. Had to cancel a weekend trip due to vehicle not ready. Unable to get my handicap sticker back for them also. I am a 100% disabled veteran and I can’t believe the service I’m getting or lack of service. Just call the dealer again today the 29 April still no answers and still no response This dealer has lost a customer for life. More

Mike erdman Cadillac damaged my car I drop my car off at 9 a.m. to repair my fuel pump and me and service adviser walk around my car and there was no damage to my car while i was at deal I drop my car off at 9 a.m. to repair my fuel pump and me and service adviser walk around my car and there was no damage to my car while i was at dealership i walk to sales department to see what they would give me towards trade in value for a new Cadillac the sales manager inspected my car and he did not see any damage to my car but when I came back at 5 pm to pick my vehicle up we noticed a crack on my front bumper and grease marks all over hood the service adviser said they did not do any damage to my car they offered to trade my car in towards a new Cadillac or give me a bottle of touch up paint i went to 2 body shops and they recommended a new bumper or at least repaint mike erdman said they would not fix my bumper they where very unprofessional and rude More

If you do business with these crooks check the internet pricing so they don't rip you off for as much as 5 k or more!! More

Beware of Bait & Switch upgrade pricing I am a local Florida resident and called this dealership about some parts for my Cadillac... I was told by a parts person named Paul that a new key f I am a local Florida resident and called this dealership about some parts for my Cadillac... I was told by a parts person named Paul that a new key for car would be 32.00 and included free coding of the key to my car... I also was told they would reprogram my Keyfob during the key programming and that cost would be a 1/2 hour labour time... I thought that was fair,so I said order the parts necessary... I was also told I would have to wait 2 weeks for everything to come in... I thought fine. I asked if they needed my name and information for the order and was told no. I called after 2 weeks and after inquiring on the phone with Paul , suddenly I was handed off to another parts person and told Paul , was now unavailable , but he could finish this call... I explained everything to this parts man and he told me the parts were never ordered and asked if I still wanted them... I said yes and this guy needed my name and information to order the parts (this time) Needless to say I also wanted to confirm the service pricing for the key coding and the keyfob recoding and was told the price is now 1 hour service (double the original quote) I mentioned that to the parts guy and all he said was that is the price and had no concern of the price I was previously given... I asked to speak to the service manager and he was rude and really never gave me a chance to explain ...His attitude was Paul would never tell me that price and that was it.. Basically he called me a LAIR... BEWARE of this dealership...This is the classic BAIT & SWITCH tactic used by unscrupulous salesmen. I would not deal with this dealership , if they were the ONLY dealership in the area. I would drive 100 miles to another dealership and that's just what I did. BEWARE, BEWARE ,BEWARE of their shoddy dealership... I actually hope someone from that dealership reply' to this post , but I doubt they have the nerve. More
