So my truck broke down over the weekend and after alot of research I called Mike Johnson Hickory Toyota and was greeted by Jordan Watts. Jordan was kind enough to work with me over the phone as my wife's car research I called Mike Johnson Hickory Toyota and was greeted by Jordan Watts. Jordan was kind enough to work with me over the phone as my wife's car was down at the time preventing us from easily accessing the dealership. We were offered a ride up there and upon arrival we were taken care of like family! Jordan Watts and Jeromy Pence got us situated in less time than I spent at the DMV!! Everyone professional and helpful from sales to finance where no question was left unanswered. If that wasn't good enough, they have a kids playroom where my son could entertain himself while we handled our purchase. We will definitely be going back soon for my wife's new car! 10/10 across the board! More
