We took my 2020 Toyota 1794 Edition truck in for its 20,000 check up. Katie kept us informed on the progress and was a pleasure to work with. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of a tir 20,000 check up. Katie kept us informed on the progress and was a pleasure to work with. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of a tire balancing included in the tire rotation at no charge. I was told that if you buy tires from them it is included. But if you buy a new car or truck that it is not. I think they need to rethink their policy. Other than this one matter everything and everybody made it an enjoyable experience. We are very disappointed with the service. Not the people everyone was so very nice. Especially Travis. Our mistake for not taking out an extended warranty but the issues we are having was within the 90 day everyone was so very nice. Especially Travis. Had my scheduled maintenance appointment which should not have taken over 45 minutes. I was there 1 hour and 45 minutes. This was NO fault of my service advisor, Aaron Little. At least you have a nice size waiting area. I guess I now understand why you have such a large area. This must be an ongoing situation. More
