SALES VISIT - NEW

We took my 2020 Toyota 1794 Edition truck in for its 20,000 check up. Katie kept us informed on the progress and was a pleasure to work with. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of a tir 20,000 check up. Katie kept us informed on the progress and was a pleasure to work with. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of a tire balancing included in the tire rotation at no charge. I was told that if you buy tires from them it is included. But if you buy a new car or truck that it is not. I think they need to rethink their policy. Other than this one matter everything and everybody made it an enjoyable experience. Be sure to ask for Katie. More
