I took my 2017 Rav4 to Mike Johnson’s Toyota for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was then told I needed a new battery, new brake pads, a new wheel bearing on my front right side and a back scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was then told I needed a new battery, new brake pads, a new wheel bearing on my front right side and a back wiper blade. When I asked about the wheel bearing, since there are only 43,000 miles on my car, I was told he’d find out from the “master mechanic” and come back. He returned and asked if I was in an accident (which I haven’t been) because they weren’t sure what damaged it but it would cost $700 to replace. He then said they found a nail in my tire that couldn’t be repaired and quoted me for two tires. I told him to replace the brake pads, that’s all. I got there at 9:45 am and left close to 1 pm. I’ve had so many incidents like this with this dealership, this just happens to be the most recent and the last. This is my 3rd Toyota and I’m trading it for a Honda after I file a complaint to Toyota’s corporate More

I visited your dealership in hopes of purchasing a new vehicle. I chose not too after encountering what had to be the most arrogant and disrespectful “salesman” that I have ever had the displeasure of wor vehicle. i made an appointment for break fluid change and oil change . when i called to make the appointment they said it would be in quick lube area and i asked to be moved to main building . when i got there i change . when i called to make the appointment they said it would be in quick lube area and i asked to be moved to main building . when i got there i went to the main building and they told me i needed to go up to quick lube because that was where i was scheduled ..the waiting area is very small in the quick lube area the bathroom is small and had no paper towels and ouside bench trash was full .they take care of the main building beter than the quick lube area .and that's why i asked to but put in the main building service area . . my car was fine guess they did a good job i had no complaints about that. it seems it didn't matter what i said they put me where they wanted me to be .
