Had a very good experience with the sales department. They found the truck and it came in a few days earlier than expected. Then I contacted the parts department. I wanted lights for the tail gate. Lo They found the truck and it came in a few days earlier than expected. Then I contacted the parts department. I wanted lights for the tail gate. Looked at Mike Johnson’s website. The part was $54 on line. After looking on You tube I found that install was 30minutes. Called the salesman and he told me the parts department said it was $320. I then called the parts department and they said it was $220 installed. I then called the service department and they said it was $70 for the part and 30 minutes labor for a total of $120. So the lights went from 320 to $120. You would think that the parts department would give you a little break when you buy a $40,000 truck. Also it you order parts from them they sell them and ship them to you for less than if you walk in the door. Bottom line 10 for the sales department and 0 for the parts department. This is the third truck from them in four years and probably the last. Ashame the parts department turned a great experience into a bad experience. More

I took my car in for maintenance service, but I also had a couple of other items I needed looked at. The weight was long, three hours, but I was told that in advance. The service was great, the employees we a couple of other items I needed looked at. The weight was long, three hours, but I was told that in advance. The service was great, the employees were polite and, for the most part, masked. I would recommend this service department to anyone, whether you have a Toyota or not! More
