I took my car in for a $1200+ maintenance and was told I could pick up same day. Got it next day at 3:30 because manager pulled technician off my car onto someone else's. I was told on my app that I would be given a rental car for free as I waited. The lady who worked with me was not friendly when I asked if I would be getting one and didn’t seem pleased to be helping me si for free as I waited.
