Went to the quick service, they were fast but that might be because they didn't check my tires who knows what else. I thought staff knew how to wear a mask. If you don’t know your car, every time they will scam you. They lie on proper work and will charge you for things they didn’t do. First bad experience they Tried to make me replace a engine until I asked you. They lie on proper work and will charge you for things they didn’t do. I had a 10am appointment and still sat until 1130 for a master mechanic to do a check. They took 2 hrs and said they checked it and they think it’s the switch. Think????? 369$ to fix. Told them no. Didn’t even leave parking lot and decided to check the fuse. I fixed everything by changing the fuse. So how did they claim they checked anything at all if it was only a fuse, but they wanted 369$ for a part I didn’t need. Can’tprove it but feels like they knew it was a fuse and thought I was just going to say fix it and they really don’t fix anything. Will be contacting manager. More
