I made a last minute decision on Monday morning to have our Highlander’ 50,000 mile service. I called at 7:00AM knowing that Tabatha will always be at work early. Scheduled appointment for wind noise on 2020 Highlander and to xx right rear tire for possible loss of wheel weight. I arrived at Mike Johnson Toyota service dept. on March 30 2021 without an appointment, to have an oil change and recall work on fuel pump to be performed. I was met by Cindy Bolton and could not be treated any nicer or with more professionalism. Cindy was more knowledgeable and helpful about my Camry than any one person I had spoken to since purchasing the car last year. I had a problem in not being able to get rid of an annoying popup that kept coming up on the radio screen every time I cranked the car. I asked her about it and she immediately took care of the problem before I even stepped out of the car. She also showed me that I had an auto dimmer on my headlight that I never even knew existed. Cindy explained any question I had about the workings of my car. Cindy also took me in and showed me the awesome waiting room and amenities after offering me a loaner car which I refused. The work was done in warp speed time and and she had me out of there in much shorter time than expected. The service work was completed by technicians who did their work promptly and cleanly, Not a smudge was added to my car. Your service is second to none and I have no need to go anywhere else in the future. I might add that I was fully prepared to pay for this service but Cindy immediately upon arrival informed me that I had a free Toyota Care service on the car including, oil change, cabin filter, and tire rotation. This young lady went above and beyond anything she needed to see she had a satisfied customer. Thankyou Cindy and Mike Johnson. More

I scheduled a service appt online for Wed. March 24 at 5:15 pm for 85,000 mile service and an NC State inspection. I got a confirmation with a service advisor named Jill Frances. Both services together should not take all that long. I arrived for my appointment at 5:12 pm, and was checked in by a nice you man who told me Jill went home a 5:00, and Russell would be the advisor He showed me where I could wait. I did not see Russell at that time, he wasn't around. I found an empty seat in the waiting area, (it wasn't overly crowded, but a good number of customers were waiting for service completion). I waited a good while for my vehicle's service to finish. I did not get notified my vehicle was ready until almost 7:00 pm. There were several people who came to wait on their vehicles after I entered the waiting area, and yet their vehicles were completed before mine. I WAS THE LAST PERSON IN THE WAITING ROOM, before I was told my vehicle was ready, by Russell. I felt uncomfortable that I had to wait that long for routine services. More
