Had a strong smell of gas under the hood after driving. Mike Johnson’s service dept. had to order parts which caused me to leave it and lease a car for two days. I had a wonderful service experience regarding the 35,000 mile service call for my Toyota Highlander. The service Manager was most helpful in repacing the batteries in the two smart keys. I had a vibration issue in the drive train. Dealership had to order a part. This was a Wed. and I was told it would be Tue before it would be ready. They notified me Fri. morning it was ready. I went in for a oil change and it took forever. We have had oil changes at other places and were in and out very fast. The lady that helped us was very nice. Have had my 2019 Camry in 3 or 4 times for wind noise. Last time a "Master Tech" as they called him was on it. Still no better. I'm most likely done with their service dept and Toyota period!
