Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. We had nothing but problems and are still dealing with the mistakes they made! First they sale us a car that they said had heated seats but one of them had nothing but problems and are still dealing with the mistakes they made! First they sale us a car that they said had heated seats but one of them didn’t even work. They were suppose to fix the paint that was chipped but made a mess by just globing it on there. They said we could just switch over our tag just to find out that we were riding around with a dead tag. We called and told them that it was dead and we was told that it will be fine after they got the deed to the other vehicle but now A month later we have to pay 200 more dollars to get a new tag!! Will definitely be doing business with a different dealership next time around and won’t recommend them to anyone! More

We just purchased a new 2020 RAV4. Tatum and Justin were AMAZING!!!! They made the experience about us and was even happy to show us several cars (even after we thought we had one picked out). Due to me recovering from a wreck, we started the process online. If it wasn’t for Tatum’s quick responses and friendliness, we might have went somewhere else to purchase. Even at the dealership, Justin had someone take me around on the golf cart so I could be apart of the process. Tatum was so great even after the sell by reaching out to make sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend Tatum and the Mike Johnson Team! More
