Went to service center 8/24/2020 and requested oil and filter change. Received phone call stating that I needed over $600.00 worth of service. I declined. When I picked up car, there was no summary of filter change. Received phone call stating that I needed over $600.00 worth of service. I declined. Amazing service!! Their service department is unbelievable!! We have been to other Toyota service departments and nothing compares to this one. Staff were attentive; service was complete and timely. My husband and I were in awe of the offer to take us to the mall or any place close to the service department. We had thought we would rent a car--no need-- their staff took us wherever we wanted...and picked us up! Jill, one of the staff who scheduled our service and then eagerly help us with any needs we had, was one in a million!! VERY attentive !! After leaving, we remembered we had a question about our navigation system which we had forgotten to ask. We returned to the dealer and JIll jumped in our car and helped us figure it out. The part she couldn't help with required her asking a colleague. She did and texted us a response and solved our issue. We were most impressed with Mike Johnson's staff and service!! And , we will return!! More
