I had taken my sister's 2018 truck in OPfor the oil change, simple job , no big deal. What the big deal is is the way I was treated, Jill is the customer service that waited on me. She kepted me infor change, simple job , no big deal. What the big deal is is the way I was treated, Jill is the customer service that waited on me. She kepted me informed on when the tech started on the truck and everything else the tech was checking on. Jill even informed me about a recall I new nothing about. She informed me on the time table that the recall was on and said there would no issues on getting it back in for it. Mind you my sister would no listen to me and went to Winston to buy her truck, BIG MISTAKE. Since then I have taken it back to Winston and realized how terrible their customers service department is. That's why I ended up at Mike Johnson, the customer service really goes beyond all means to make it as easy as possible. As far as Jill goes , I can't see where there is any one as helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and caring as she is. Another reason why Mike Johnson is going to be the next place I will go when I replace my 4-Runner. More

Last night my fiancé hit a deer on his way home with my car. Obviously unexpected, I was very stressed thinking there’s no way I was gonna get a new car in time. Thanks to Samantha Fox, It’s not even 12 hours later and I have a 2019 Hyundai Elantra. I LOVE this new car and it was truly the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. She and her coworker worked endlessly to get me approved, to keep me under my budget, and to make sure I was comfortable the entire visit. She gave me snacks out of her lunchbox, y’all!
