Service Center very customer oriented. Had appointment to have new tires for our 4-Runner. Was informed shortly after we arrived that the truck delivering our new tires had been delayed, Had appointment to have new tires for our 4-Runner. Was informed shortly after we arrived that the truck delivering our new tires had been delayed, so we were given a car to drive to go shopping, etc., while we were waiting, ( which I had planned to do anyway ), and this made our "extended wait" not an issue. I was at the dealership for three hours just getting my oil changed. The guy servicing my Toyota FJ Cruiser didn’t know what he was doing. On the previous visit they had stripped the hardware and so had oil changed. The guy servicing my Toyota FJ Cruiser didn’t know what he was doing. On the previous visit they had stripped the hardware and so had a difficult time getting the plate off under the car. They actually wanted to leave it off, I insisted they put it back on and I had to show them how to put it back on! Very disappointed as I purchased ther car here and have always had it serviced here, These guys didn’t really know what they were doing.. It should never take this long just to have your oil changed. Then they also wanted to charge me extra for the time it took. Amazing! More
