One evening, we ran over a truck’s tire tread on the interstate. As we were leaving for a trip the next morning, we took our Prius in at 7 am that day. Everyone is so NICE!!! and knowledgeable, they WERE NOT PUSHY while we were looking for a vehicle. And it has been over 1 year with our brand new 2019 vehicle and we love it an still refer everyone to them PUSHY while we were looking for a vehicle. My backstory of how we came to Toyota is...I had a brand new 2015 "Ford focus" that kept randomly cutting off while driving!!! An it was 3 years old and still under warranty and Ford WOULD NOT FIX IT, I took it to 4 different Ford dealerships and all of them told me no...so I was fed up, an 4 months pregnant at the time!! I couldnt be breaking down, What if something happened to me with my unborn child? So we went to a few dealerships and chose Toyota due to their friendliness, nonpushy, and stress free car buying experience. I recommend Toyota for everyone!! Thank you Toyota More

Very very happy experience! My fiancé and I came in to buy him a new car when his car broke down over the thanksgiving holiday. Not really knowing what direction he was wanting to go or where to get started we came to Mike Johnson Toyota to start. I had gotten my last car here so I suggested we go here. We were expecting to come in, take a look at a car or two and check out a couple other dealers before making up our minds. Nathaniel met us before we even hit the door. Asked us what we were looking for. We explained that one of our cars broke down while we were traveling up for thanksgiving, we werent sure how much work it would be to get it fixed and we were just looking. He asked up a couple questions and then came up with a couple starting cars. He set my fiancé in the 2019 Toyota camery and it was love at first drive! After talking with Nathaniel for an hour or two at this point and trying the camery we decided to go with that. He asked me a couple of questions and we decided after we finished with my fiancé we’d look in to trading in my car and seeing what options there were for me. Nathaniel was deligent, dedicated, and very patient. He spent 6.5 hours with us while we muddled through everything. At the end of the day we got 2 brand new cars that were much needed for deals that were beyond what we were expecting! Everyone in mike Johnson Toyota are wonderful and we want to thank everyone, especially Nathaniel, for being so patient and wonderful to us and making our experience so fabulous! More
